On-site estimates are provided free of charge and are not a binding contract until both parties agree to the scope and price in writing or verbally at the time of booking. Estimates reflect conditions observed at the time of the visit; conditions that change materially before the scheduled work date (such as additional storm damage) may require a revised quote.
We aim to honor scheduled appointment windows, though weather and active emergency calls may occasionally require rescheduling. We'll make reasonable efforts to notify you as early as possible if this happens. Customers may cancel or reschedule a booked appointment by contacting us directly.
Payment terms are confirmed at the time of the estimate. Final pricing matches the quoted, itemized estimate unless the customer requests additional work be added during the visit.
Customers are responsible for ensuring reasonable access to the work area, including notifying us of underground utilities, irrigation lines, septic systems, or other buried infrastructure not visible from the surface.
We carry general liability insurance and take standard industry precautions on every job. Documentation of coverage is available on request. As with any tree work, some incidental impact to lawn or landscaping in the immediate work area (such as minor turf disturbance from equipment) may occur and is a normal part of the process unless otherwise discussed.
